If you are an owner of an iPhone® or Android™ cell phone you can use the Viber™ application for communicating with your friends without paying for call services to your GSM operator. People that have installed this application can call each other using only a data plan, as you communicate via Internet. The Viber™ application finds people from your contact list who are already using the software, so you can call and text them for free. Your location is irrelevant because Viber™ uses 3G or Wi-Fi, meaning that international calls aren’t a problem.
