Many people use PDF files because they are easy to create, secure and relatively self-contained documents. Because of their prevalence, recipients may find they have different versions of the same PDF file without knowing what is actually different. Finding the changes between the two can be tedious and time consuming. Fortunately, there is a handy software called DiffPDF, which easily compares PDFs and the results are displayed almost immediately. DiffPDF even allows users to compare particular pages or page ranges. The instructions below explain where to download this software, how to launch it and use it to compare PDF documents.
