Many applications allow YouTube® videos to be downloaded onto a PC. If you own an Apple® device, you know that you have to use iTunes®. What you might not know is that there is a free and easy way to convert videos stored in the hard drive into an iPod® format compatible with iTunes®. Downloading YouTube® videos for iTunes®:
- Download the YouTube® video following the instruction in the article that focuses on the Downloading Video from YouTube®.
- Download, install and launch the iPod® Video Converter.
- Click on the "Add Files" button to add the video you want to convert.
- In “Settings…”, click on the “Next” button.
- Specify the quality and click on the “Next” button again.
- You can add video tags, and then click on the “OK” button.
- Click on the “Convert” button.
- Open iTunes®. Go to “File > Add file to library... ” to add the video.
- Videos will be stored in “Library > Videos”, just click to view or transfer it to iPod®.
