Instructions for making a presentation video:

  1. Launch the Microsoft® PowerPoint® 2010 application and open a presentation you want to export as a video file.
  2. Switch to the “file” tab.
  3. In the left navigation pane, click on “Save & Send” and select the “Create a Video” option.
  4. Now, set a quality and the timing, and then click on the “Create Video” button.
  5. Select the location and file name, then click on the “Save” button.
  6. The creation process will begin to progress. When it finishes, the PowerPoint® video file will be done.
