Easter is a traditional Christian holiday. According to biblical gospels, Jesus rose from the dead on the third day after his crucifixion. Easter is the celebration of Jesus’ resurrection, but people sometimes connect this holiday with the oncoming season of Spring. Christians will remember the festive family meals, Easter egg hunts, and gift-giving as well as simply just having a good time.
