How to install a free, powerful download manager which can improve download speed

Every day files are downloaded from the Internet such as applications, videos, music, images, photos, documents, etc. More and more, people are transferring files from online storage, sending larger files in emails, and shopping online for downloadable software programs. Downloading can take a long time and sometimes we just don’t want to wait. Generally, we can speed up downloads with a faster Internet connection, but data delivery from the source can still be slow for a number of reasons.

A download manager program can improve download speed by making more efficient use of available bandwidth. It also features pausing and resuming downloads, used for large files and interrupted downloads. Download managers are available on the Internet, but you can install a free, powerful download manager by following the instructions below.

Instructions:

  1. Open your Internet browser, then go to the Crawler download Manager download page.
  2. Click on the “Download Now!” button.
  3. Save the file to any location on your computer and run it.
  4. The Download Manager installer is launched showing a features screen.
  5. Click on the “Next” button.
  6. On the next screen, read the End User License Agreement and to continue, click on the “Agree & Install” button.
  7. On the  next series of screens, review and make your preference choices by checking off the checkboxes. Once completed, click on the “Next” button.
  8. Now it’s time to restart your computer.
  9. Once your computer restarts, you will have the newly installed function on your Internet browser as a part of the Crawler Toolbar.
  10. From now on, you will be able to manage all of your downloads by using Download Manager.
