You can personalize your Organizer several ways. Some changes can be made through the "Settings" tab and others can be performed right from the "Organizer" tab. You can even create your own custom calendars.

You can make the following changes:

• Change the default view type - Select a view type from the "Default view type" dropdown menu. You can also change the view type temporarily in the "Organizer" tab.
  
  
• Change the time style - Select either AM/PM or 24-hour style.
  
  
• Change the week start - You don't have to follow the Sunday - Saturday scheme! Set your own week start.
  
  
• Set the working hours - This function allows you to set the time range that will be visible in the week and day view. The hours out of the selected range are not visible in order to speed up the calendar loading and save space. If you add an event that is held out of this range, the calendar will automatically expand to allow you to view the event. To add an event outside the selected time range, use the "New event" button.
  
  
• Set the default event duration - This will automatically set the end of an event whenever you set an event start. For example, if you set the event duration for 1 hour and then set an event start at 1:00 p.m. the calendar will automatically set an end of event at 2:00 p.m.
  
  
• Show birthdays from your contact list in your calendar - If you have filled out the birthday field in your contact list, you can view them in your calendar, if you select this checkbox.
  
  
• Set the number of tasks displayed in the task list - You can set the number of tasks to be displayed in the task list, if you select the "Tasks" view.
  
  
• View due dates of your tasks - If you select this checkbox, you can view the due dates of your tasks that have deadlines in your calendar.

If you perform any change in your Organizer settings, don't forget to click on the "Save settings" button so that your changes will take effect.

You can also personalize the Inbox.com calendar by creating your own custom calendars. They can be displayed in different colors and allow you to filter events using the checkbox next to the custom calendar name, so that you only view events from the selected calendar(s).

To create your custom calendar, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Manage calendars" link.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the "New calendar" button.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the calendar name, color and text style and click on the "Save" button.
