To access the Photos module settings follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Settings" tab within the email menu.

   

2. Select the "General Settings" tab under Photos.

   

3. Here you can set the following options:

   • Default view type - Default view type applies anytime you access your Photos module. You can temporarily switch between single view types using the menu above the photos:

     

   • Page size - Here you can set the number of images that will be displayed when you select any of the view types.

   • Default access rights - Here you can set the default access rights that will apply to newly added photos. Access rights can be changed on the photos list, when you select the image, and then select the access right level from the "Sharing..." dropdown menu.

     

   • Passwords - Here you can set passwords to access photos in your photo album. Passwords can be marked as accessible by Family, Friends or as photos with restricted access. To set the password, select the checkbox, fill in the password in the field that appears, and click on the "Save settings" button. Then you can give the password to your friends or family along with the link to your photo album. When they visit your photo album at the given link, they simply enter the secret password and see only the photos you want them to see.

     

     Your friends can log in either as Inbox.com users (if they are registered), or by selecting the "Log in using given password" option from the dropdown menu and enter the password for friends or family.
