How do I cancel my Inbox.com account?
Your Inbox.com webmail account does not require any cancellation. If you have cancelled your PayPal or Stripe* subscription then your account will be closed within 30 days of it's expiration date. It will then be marked for complete removal from our systems
Removing your account includes removal of all your messages, attachments and stored data.
Please note: If you have upgraded your Inbox.com account to some of our paid plans, and cancel your account within the paid period, we do not refund your fee.
* please raise a ticket to support requesting to cancel your Stripe subscription.
