To disable the automatic extension of your upgrade plan, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Manage Your Account" link on the Inbox.com Homepage.

   

2. Click on the "Cancel your subscription" link.

   

3. Log into your Paypal account, click on the Details link of the Inbox.com Subscription. To distinguish your subcriptions, use the Paypal subscription ID shown on My Profile page.

   

4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

   

5. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

As you have canceled your subscription, you will receive an email notification 14 days before your account upgrade expires.
