When you cancel your mail hosting, mailboxes created for your domain will be cancelled. However, your Inbox.com account will remain active.

To cancel your mail hosting, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Inbox.com account and click on the "Manage Your Account" link.

   

2. Click on the "Mail Hosting" menu item in the side menu.

   

3. Click on the "Cancel Mail Hosting" button.

   

4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on the "OK" button.
