Email Help

To setup your Inbox.com Webmail service in your iPhone, please follow these steps:

NOTE! Please make sure you are not logged in to your Inbox.com account on your computer or elsewhere while setting up your iPhone!

1. In your iPhone, go to your Mail function and go to Add Account. From the selection shown, choose "Other".



2. Enter the required information as you see on your screen and confirm by pressing "Save".



3. Click on "POP". If you have correctly entered your information in the previous screen, all the fields here should already be filled in for you.



4. Fill in the required fields as you see on the picture below but with your account information.
   Host Name: my.inbox.com (for both incoming and outgoing)
   User Name: Enter your email address
   Password: Enter your password
   Then click on "Save" to confirm.



5. After a few seconds, the following screen will pop up. Click on "Yes".



6. IMPORTANT!!
   You will need to turn off the PUSH function in the settings:
   Settings => Mail => Fetch New Data
