What is proactive white/black listing when processing spam?
When you enable this feature following actions will be performed:
When you send a message to a new recipient, this email address is added to the whitelist. Messages from this email address in Spam are moved to the Inbox. These messages are also marked as unread to find them easily.
When you move a message to Spam, the sender’s email address is added to the blacklist.
