The toolbar with buttons is located at the top of webmail.
Click the Compose button on the toolbar.
To reply click on the Reply button
To forward click on the small arrow below the Reply button and select Forward or Forward as attachment
To archive click on the Archive button. Archived emails are moved to the archive.These emails are visible in the All Mail folder.
To trash email click on the small arrow below the Archive button and select Trash. Trashed emails are moved to the Trash folder. Trash is emptied after a defined period of time in your settings.
To delete email click on the small arrow below the Archive button and select Permanently delete. Deleted emails are removed from the system permanently and cannot be recovered.
Click on Spam button. Email is moved to the Spam folder. With the default settings, the email sender is marked as a spammer.
Click on the Label button and select the labels you would like to assign. Continue by selecting the Apply button.
To create a new label click on the Label button and continue by selecting the Apply new label. Then enter the name of the new label in the dialog window and confirm by selecting OK. This will also assign newly created labels to selected email.

To mark email as unread select the Mark as unread option
To show email source select View mail source choice
To Print email select the Print email choice
To perform a basic search click in the search box at the top of the app, enter search query and click Search button
To perform an Advanced Search click in the search box at the top of the app and click Show search options link

Enable Search email body checkbox to also search in the body of the email
Use the From field to filter emails by sender/recipient
Use the Where dropdown to define labels/folders in which to search
Define the date range under Received dropdown
Specify the size of a message or attachment under the Size dropdown
Filter between read and unread emails under Both read and unread dropdown
Use Ignore attachments dropdown to filter emails with/without attachments
Define order under Sort by dropdown
In the list of emails you can see an icon for each email which signals if there are related emails, if the email was sent or received or marked as important

Starred email

Click on the list of messages
Move your mouse up or down while keeping the left mouse button pressed
By moving the mouse you are adding or removing messages
You can also add or remove a message to/from selection by checking/unchecking the checkbox in the top left corner of each message
When you select one or more messages
You can see the action menu on the right
This menu allows you to:
Change the selection of messages to
All listed
All in folder
Inverted selection
None
Mark the selected messages as read or unread
Add a star to the selected messages
Mark selected messages as spam
Forward selected messages
Archive selected messages
Trash selected messages
Permanently delete selected messages
Click the arrow above the list of emails
Then, select the layout you prefer
Compact layout displays more messages in the list, but the height of each message is decreased
In Standard layout each message has the standard height
Extended layout - fewer messages are displayed in the list but each message has more rows to display content
Click the arrow above the list of emails
Select
Show unread messages only - this will filter only messages that are not read in the list
Select all listed messages - select the messages that were already listed
Deselect all - cancel any active selection
