Click on the small icon in the top-right corner of the application

Continue with the requested Settings section

1. Accounts & Addresses - in this section you can manage

   1. Your profile

   2. Your password

   3. Your name

   4. Reply to address

   5. Alternate address

   6. External POP3 accounts

   7. POP3 and IMAP access

2. Mailbox Settings - In this section you can manage:

   1. General Settings - webmail behavior, what action should be done for specific cases

   2. Security Settings - Spam filter protection and behavior, black /white list settings

3. Signatures - In this section you can manage your signatures:

   1. Create new signature in rich or plain text format

   2. Edit existing signatures

   3. Select which signature will be used in your email

4. Autoresponders - In this section you can manage:

   1. Switching auto-respond on or off

   2. Text and subject of the auto-reply message

   3. The time period for which auto-responder will be active

5. Labels - For each label or folder you can:

   1. Edit label names

   2. Change icon

   3. Change label name visibility

   4. Define whether to show count of read/unread/total messages in label

   5. Show or hide label in the list of labels

   6. Show or hide label for IMAP

   7. Delete label

      

6. Sort rules - you can create and edit or modify sort rules on this tab

   1. To create a sort rule go to Sort Rules | Add new rule. Fill in:

      1. Rule name: use a short name to distinguish one rule from another

      2. Add condition: click this link and fill in the condition(s). For example to process all messages from some contact select from in the first column, contains in the second column, and enter the sender email in the box in third column

         

         To add more conditions click add on the right

      3. As a next step, you may select what action(s) should be performed for emails that meet the condition(s) above. For example you can label messages with the label Work and add a Star to show them in your star folder. To do so select the Add a Star checkbox and select Work label as shown below.

         

         Save rule by selecting the Save button

   2. List of rules - Management:

      1. To switch rule on/off tick the checkbox under the Active header

      2. To edit the rule click on the name of rule

      3. To delete, click on the delete link

      4. To move the rule up/down in list of rules drag and drop the arrow at the right
