Email Help

1. Enable show hidden folders

   

2. Click the All Mail folder on the left

   

3. Click unread button at the top of the middle column

   

4. Please note All Mail ignores messages that are deleted, trashed or in the spam folder.

Adjust each column width as you wish with your mouse.

1. Click on the column border and move the emouse to increase/decrease the column width.

   

2. Adjust the width according to your preferences or needs.

1. Maximize reading pane to display content of the email

   

2. Maximize the label-tree column to see long label names

   

3. Maximize the middle column to comfortably read the content of messages

Related emails are grouped to conversations that can be easily accessed

1. Just click the show conversation link to open the conversation for a given email

   

2. Click on any email in the conversation, in the list on the left, to display its content

   

Advanced label functionality

1. View all your emails with their corresponding labels

   

2. Easy label management - for every label you can set up

   1. Appearance - the icon used for this label

   2. Show label in list of labels and in IMAP

   3. Label name and placement in label's hierarchy

   4. Delete label

      

3. Automatic label assignment - to auto assign label(s) to emails set up the sort rule according to your needs

You can send an image that exists on the Internet easily when composing email

1. In Compose Message click insert image icon

   

2. Insert the hyperlink

   

3. See the results immediately
