Cleanup will decrease the total number of emails in your inbox folder. This will allow you to effectively use your mailbox. Follow 3 simple steps below to sort and organize the emails into the folders.
Remove emails that are not needed anymore
Manual removal
Decide if the email does not contain any information that you might need
Select (click check box) emails that will be deleted
Delete them by clicking Trash button at the top
Mass removal – find unnecessary emails via Advanced search
Click arrow at the right of “Search email” button at the top right corner of the interface and select Advanced search
Fill in search criteria – e.g. all emails that contain word ‘discount’ and click search
Select all found emails and Trash them.

Wait while emails are being transferred
Emails are deleted to trash folder and stay there for certain time period (according to your settings)
