Inbox.com Notes allow you to sort your notes by 3 criteria:

By date - if you select this option, your notes will be sorted from newest to oldest according to the date of last modification
By category - if you select this option, your notes will be sorted according to categories in the order you have organized them in the "Manage categories" section.
Alphabetically - if you select this option, your notes will be sorted in alphabetical order starting with A
