Frequently Asked Questions

To enable POP3/SMTP access to your Inbox.com email account, follow these steps:

1. Select the "Settings" tab.

2. Select the "POP3 Access" tab.

3. Click on the "how to activate POP3 access" link.

4. Click on the "Activate POP3/SMTP Access" button.

5. If you want to download sent emails, select the "Allow POP3 access to emails in "Sent Mail" folder" checkbox.

6. If you want to download spam, select the "Allow POP3 access to emails in Spam folder" checkbox.

7. If you want to download also emails older than POP3 access activation, select the "Allow POP3 access to older than POP3 access activation" checkbox.

8. Click on the "Save Settings" button.
