How can I create a new sort rule?To create a new sort rule:
Select the "Settings" tab and "Sort rules" option in the left menu.
Click on the "Create new rule" button in the top left corner.
Fill in the rule name and set conditions and operations you would like to have performed. If you want to add more conditions of the same type, click on the "Add" link.
For example, if you want to move emails to "Urgent tasks" folder from the sender "myboss@inbox.com", in which the subject contains the words "ASAP" or "urgent", and the email doesn't contain the words "tomorrow" or "later", then you have to fill in the form this way:
Emails matching with all conditions will be moved into selected folder.
To save the rule, click on the "Save rule" button.
To save the rule and also apply it to emails in specified folder, click on the "Save and apply to..." button and select the folder from the list.
